Who is this programme for?

In the care sector, it’s important that residents and patients are treated with a friendly and caring approach. You will be provided with the learning materials either online and/or hardcopies and you will have the support of a knowledgeable assessor/tutor who will give you guidance and feedback on the course as you complete it. This course takes between 2 to 6 months to complete.

What is the entry process?

There are no specific prior qualifications needed to access this qualification.

Due to government funding these courses are available free of charge; subject to the learners meeting the set eligibility. You must have lived in the UK/EU for the past 3 years and be over 19 years old. There may be a fee should you withdraw from the course.
