Found a course you like and want to know more? Fill out an enquiry form and our team will respond.

Enrolment

Once you have found a course suited to your needs, you can apply and enrol online. Some courses are free and funded by the government.

Welcome Email

After enrolling on your course, you will receive a welcome email. This will include information about your chosen qualification, learning resources, support and submission dates.

Get Started

It is time to start your course. After receiving your welcome email, you will be ready to begin your online journey. The benefits of learning online mean you can fit studying around your home life, work and hobbies.

Learner Support

You will be assigned an assessor who will answer any queries you have about the course. It is up to you to make the first contact with them, but they will offer you as much support as you need.

Submission

Once you have completed all modules of your course, you will be ready to submit your hard work. Your assessor will mark your work while you continue with your next module. If any amendments are required, your assessor will return your work and contact you. If there are not any amendments, you have completed that element of the course.

Completion

You have now completed the course and the assessor has signed it off and sent it to the external verifier.

Achievement

Congratulations! You have now finished your course. You will be notified of your achievement and will be sent a certificate in the post.
