You will be provided with the learning materials either online and/or hardcopies and you will have the support of a knowledgeable assessor/tutor who will give you guidance and feedback on the course as you complete it. This course takes between 2 to 6 months to complete.
To be awarded the Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance, learners are required to successfully complete 2 mandatory units.
Mandatory units
After completing the Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance, Learners may want to go on to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service or Principles of Business and Administration.

There are no specific prior qualifications needed to access this qualification. However, learners might find it useful if they have already completed a Level 1 qualification. You will be invited in to complete an induction and initial assessment.
Due to government funding these courses are available free of charge; subject to the learners meeting the set eligibility. You must have lived in the UK/EU for the past 3 years and be over 19 years old. There may be a fee should you withdraw from the course.
