What will I study?

This level 2 Certificate in Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings is designed to help learners develop positive working relationships. Due to government funding these courses are available free of charge; subject to the learners meeting the set eligibility. You must have lived in the UK/EU for the past 3 years and be over 19 years old. There may be a fee should you withdraw from the course.
